MBC
Beers
MBC ales and lagers are traditionally brewed with the finest malts, hops, and yeasts available. Chamonix’s clean glacial-fed water has proven to be excellent for producing quality beer. All of our beer is brewed naturally, and we are proud to serve fresh locally brewed beer without any preservatives or additives. Blonde de Chamonix Our German style Pilsner is brewed with imported malts, hops, and yeast. Light in colour and delicate in taste, this lager is a smooth and refreshing beer for all seasons. 5% Vol. Granite Pale Ale A classic “Pale Ale” brewed with five types of malts, North American hops, and a fruity yeast. The Pale Ale and Crystal malts used give this ale its amber colour and sweet caramel like taste, which is balanced by the flavour and aroma of the three hop varieties. An exquisitely delicious ale. 5% Vol. Stout des Drus Rich tasting Stout brewed in the Irish tradition. Specialty malts and hops for this brew are imported from England, and the yeast, of course, is Irish. Roasted Barley and Chocolate Malt give this beer its strong coffee and chocolate like taste. Flaked oats contribute to its creaminess, and a generous amount of hops is added to balance the flavour. 5% Vol. Blanche des Guides Malted barley, malted wheat, hops, and special weisbier yeast all imported from Germany, together create this cloudy Chamonix favourite. 5% Vol. Bière du Mois Each month, discover a new “special brew”, hand crafted by our brew master to suit the season. |
