The MBC is open year-round from 16:00 to 02:00 during the winter and summer, and 16:00 to 01:00 spring and fall. For your convenience our hours don't change much and we stay open the whole year, except for 1 or 2 staff parties each year. We have two large parking areas available so you never have to drive around aimlessly looking for parking. We serve five types of ales and lagers on tap, and have a selection of wines, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, and an international menu, all in a friendly pub atmosphere. Our eight hectolitre pine-cladded brewing system is situated directly behind the bar as part of our décor and ambiance. The MBC takes pride in serving the very best apres ski bar snacks and most delicious dinners in town. Snacks are served from 16:00 onwards, with the full menu available from 19:00 to 23:00. Our menu selection is international and includes “The Canadian Hamburger” Chamonix’s best burger, and a different “Plat du Jour” each night.
